1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MDCreator ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MDCreator is an AI-powered tool that helps users create technical specification documents from natural language descriptions. The quality of outputs depends on the quality and completeness of user inputs and the underlying AI model's performance.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 16 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API at unreasonable scale.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as your own original analysis without disclosure.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of (a) the project ideas you submit and (b) the specification documents generated for you. MDCreator retains ownership of the platform, software, and system prompts.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Specifications generated by MDCreator are created by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or impractical suggestions. Always review output with a qualified professional before making technical or business decisions. MDCreator makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or fitness for purpose of any generated document.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free accounts include 3 spec generations per calendar month.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDCreator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MDCreator is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
